Do you offer different licenses for office and mobile users?

No, we offer one license typ at the same price. You can decide wich access each user should have.

Data migration is extremely important to us. How does the process work?

Our trained team specialises in data migration and will support you every step of the way.
1) We begin by reviewing your data sources and create a customised onboarding plan.
2) After signing an NDA, you can send us your data files or backups of your database.
3) Our team will review, structure and map your data to our system. We will reach out if any questions arise during this process.
4) Once the data is cleaned and structured, we’ll send it back to you for review. You can add any missing information or remove irrelevant data points.
5) After everything is confirmed, we will upload the data to your Mainteny account, and you'll be ready to go.

Do I need a server or any other specific hardware?

No, you can access the office version from any device with an internet browser. The mobile application runs on all Android and iOS devises. You don’t need any server infrastructure or IT support.

What is the minimum contract time?

The minimum duration for our licenses is one year.
